• Semi-Custom Fee: $10 x 3 = $30
• Full-Custom Fee: $15 x 3 = $45

1. Quantity: Number of bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, or other florals needed
2. Bouquet Size(s): Bouquet width
3. Bouquet Shape(s): Round, Cascade, Free-form, Nosegay
4. Reference Picture: Picture or link of the bouquet design
5. Wedding Date: Your wedding date

1. Please confirm your requirements with us.
2. Once all details are finalized, we will send you a secure order link. Kindly note that we require prepayment before we begin crafting your samples.
3. We will then proceed with creating your samples and await your feedback. If there is anything that does not meet your expectations, please let us know.
4. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will make necessary adjustments. If needed, we will issue a full refund for your order.
5. After you approve the samples, we will prepare them for shipment. Please be aware that once the items are confirmed and shipped, they are non-returnable.

• Is there a minimum order requirement?

  • No, but the cost per unit decreases with larger orders.

• Can I receive a refund if I change my mind?

  • Custom products are non-refundable once shipped. We provide photos and videos of samples for your approval before shipping. Please make your decision carefully. For further inquiries, email service@rinlongflower.com.

• Can I receive a full refund if I'm not pleased with the samples?

  • Yes, we will adjust the samples based on your feedback. If the final result still doesn’t meet your expectations, we will provide a full refund.
