To request a quote for custom orders, please send an email to and provide the following information:

    1. Quantity of bouquets, boutonnieres, or other florals required
    2. Bouquet size(s)
    3. Bouquet shape(s): Round, Cascade, Free-form, Nosegay
    4. Picture or link of the bouquet design
    5. Your wedding date

We also offer semi-custom orders, which allow you to make changes to the flowers in the bouquets or boutonnieres featured on our website.

  • Is there a minimum order requirement for custom orders?

There is no minimum order requirement for custom orders. Nevertheless, the cost per unit decreases with the size of your order.


  • How much do custom orders cost?

Regarding service fees, we have a structure in place to ensure flexibility and customization for our customers:

For semi-custom orders, the service fee is $10. This option allows you to choose a bouquet from our website and make modifications such as adding or removing flowers or altering its shape according to your preferences.

Full-custom orders, on the other hand, incur a service fee of $15. With this option, we work closely with you to create a completely customized bouquet based on the pictures you provide, ensuring a unique and personalized arrangement.
Here's an example to illustrate the service fees:


For an order comprising 4*bridesmaid bouquets, 1*bridal bouquet, and 4*boutonnieres:

Semi-custom fee: The service fee would be $10 x 3 = $30
Full-custom fee: The service fee would be $15 x 3 = $45


  • Can I receive a refund if I change my mind?

Please note that custom products are non-refundable once they have been shipped. We will send you photos and videos of the samples for your confirmation before shipping, so please carefully consider your decision. If you have any further inquiries, please email


  • Can I receive a full refund if I'm not pleased with the samples?

Yes, we will make changes to the samples based on your requirements. However, if the final result is still not what you want, we will provide a full refund for your order.
