We don’t offer color swatches at this time, but many customers choose to order one item first, like a bridesmaid bouquet, so they can see the colors and quality up close. If it is not quite what you had in mind, unused items can be returned in their original packaging for a refund.

Yes—but keep it gentle.

We don’t recommend applying perfume or essential oils directly to the petals, as that can cause staining or damage. Instead, you can:

• Add floral scent sticks inside the arrangement
  
• Apply a small amount of fragrance to the stems or greenery
  

This keeps the bouquet looking perfect while adding a subtle scent.

You’ll see it before it ships.

We require a 100% deposit to start custom work, but before shipping, we’ll send you photos and videos for approval. If something isn’t right, we’ll adjust it based on your feedback.

If we still can’t get it to match your vision during the preview stage, you’ll receive a full refund.

Once the final design is approved and shipped, custom items are non-returnable.

We keep it straightforward.

You have 30 days from delivery to return standard (non-custom) items. EU customers also have a 14-day cooling-off period.

Once approved and received, refunds are issued within 10 business days (please allow up to 15 business days in total processing time).
