It's our goal and mission to offer you the best quality products and a completely satisfied shopping experience. Our friendly customer service team is available to assist you with making a hassle-free return.

Exchanges - We recommend you to order the products you would like to change directly then return the unwanted items for a refund.

Please note the following:

  • If the item arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help. Damaged items should not be returned.
  • Any item marked Closeout or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All other merchandise can be returned within 30 days after delivery.
  • All items must be in original condition with tags.  Refund will not be aprroved for damaged or used items.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • is not responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Returns may be made via any shipping service (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) We recommend using a trackable service so you know when we receive your return.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we received your return.
  • A copy of the packing slip must be included with the return.
  • If the packing slip is not included, please include the following information:

    Order ID
    Email Address
    Return Reason

Refund Policy

Once we received and checked the return package, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned items and the approval or rejection of your refund requst.
If approved, the refund amount will be automatically processed to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or paypal account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and ship your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
